Noah grew up outside of Chicago and attended Syracuse University and the Pacific Northwest College of Art. He is a freelance author/illustrator/animator and works out of his house in Camden, on the coast of Maine. An Illustrated Life: Cathy Johnson
Cathy Johnson is a painter, author and teacher who grew up in Independence, Missouri, and now lives in a small town near there. She took a fun evening and weekend classes at the Kansas City Art Institute as a young woman, but is otherwise completely self-taught. She has authored eight North Light books, as well as Sierra Club Guide to Sketching in Nature, Sierra Club Guide to Painting in Nature, and writes for Watercolor Artist magazine. Pixar - A Human Story of Computer Animation
The following video is a look into the history of computer animation from the perspective of Ed Catmull, Alvy Ray Smith, Andrew Stanton and Brad Bird.
