This is a sketch while waiting at the Johor Bahru Immigration area. The time was 12.44pm and the queue took 1.5 hours. If you want to go to JB from Singapore, I advised you to be at Krangi MRT before 10am, preferably before 9.30am, or even earlier. The crowd at the MRT station seems to grow really quick from 10am onwards.
"Elephant dung don't smell because they are vegetarians", said someone behind me in the queue. It's quite funny to hear what other people talk about to while waiting in the queues.
Lately, I've been neglecting my watercolours. I'm trying to sketch as much with the fountain pens that I'm using at the moment.
A reader Markus Freise just alerted me to his comic book Großväterland Graphic Novel about WW2 in Germany that he has put on crowd-funding website Indiegogo. Check out the details at https://igg.me/at/grossvaeterland/x
