This is the 20th anniversary art book for Street Fighter. It's actually a Japanese art book with the original title ストリートファイターアートワークス 覇, or translated Street Fighter Art Works.

Within the 320 pages, it contains over 1500 illustrations, paintings and sketches for all Street Fighter characters, including work created by the character designer Akiman!

I must say that it's looking very much like Street Fighter Tribute except it's not done by fans.
