The premise of this cookbook is on how food in the future can be created in labs to feed the world's population that's estimated to hit 9 billion in 2050.

This is like a sci-fi cookbook on what's possible in the future. There are 45 recipes presented and beautiful illustrations by Silvia Celiberti. The concept is fascinating and weird at the same time it sends chills up my spine.
