Design

The main feature that differentiates the Tozo NC20 Pro from the competition is the touchscreen charging case.
The charging case is wirelessly paired to the earbuds and can be used to adjust the settings. For example, the charging case can change enable or disable ANC, select EQ presets and more which you find from the user manual. To prevent accidental touches, there's a slider that you have to unlock before you can adjust settings.

The other way to adjust the settings is to use the companion app. And some of the settings can be adjusted with touch controls on the earbuds themselves. Most important feature to enable in the app is to remember to the ANC settings, which is not enabled by default.
I personally do not use the touchscreen often to adjust settings because once you're done with the adjustment when you first use the earbuds, there really isn't any need to adjust those settings anymore.
The downside here is if the touchscreen does not work, eg becomes damaged, there will be no way to reset the earbuds or pair the earbuds again with other devices.

The charging case is quite compact and easy to bring around.
One downside with the design is the earbuds are quite difficult to remove from the charging case. I've been using the earbuds for weeks and still find them difficult to remove.

Audio quality is good. There's good clarity and decent amount of bass. For earbuds that are priced at USD 79, the audio quality is great.
ANC works well. Transparency mode too.
Battery life with ANC is advertised as 12.5 hours per charge, or 63 hours with the charging case.
I measured battery life of 8 hours with ANC and while that's much shorter than advertised, it's actually longer than most wireless earbuds that I've tested with around 6 hours. You should know that battery health deteriorates with time and usage so if you start with a shorter battery life, you will run up the charge cycles much faster, making battery health even worse.
There's no proximity sensor so media will continue even after you remove the earbuds from your ear.
The earbuds can pair to two devices using Bluetooth. To switch connection between two devices, just stop the media on one device, and play media from the second device.
There's LDAC but I can't hear any audio difference between LDAC vs non-LDAC since the audio quality is already quite good.

Fiitting is good. Earbuds are comfortable to wear. And there's decent sound isolation provided.
There's IPX8 rating so the earbuds can be submerged 1-3 metres underwater for 30 minutes without issues.

The touch controls on the earbuds can be used to control ANC, volume, take calls, call voice assistant.
Call quality is just alright, quite standard.
Conclusion
The Tozo NC20 Pro provides many features for a relatively affordable price. Audio quality is good, and more importantly battery life is great.
The touchscreen is nice, different from wireless earbuds from other companies, but I don't feel it's a huge selling feature at least to me since you can adjust settings without the touchscreen with your phone anyway. Your phone should always be nearby when you're using these earbuds. Note that if you damage the touch screen, there will be no way to pair the earbuds to new devices.
Another downside is the earbuds are difficult to remove from the case.
