Review: Pitaka Edge Case for iPhone 17 Pro series

This is the Pitaka Edge Case released for the iPhone 17 Pro series. It's a beautiful case made with durable Aramid Fiber with designs created using the Fusion Weaving process Pitaka is known for.

This case is made for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The standard iPhone 17 has other designs.

Price of the case is USD 69.99, and the MagEZ Grip is USD 24.99

This is a well made hard case that's actually quite thin and still hard enough to provide drop protection for the phone. Having it on the phone does not add much weight or thickness.

Many colours are available so do check out their website. The colour I have here is Indigo. Fingerprint smudges may show more clearly on darker colours such as black.

Fitting is perfect. The case raises above the edge of the phone's frame and the only areas exposed are for the cutouts for the buttons for volume, power and the USB-C port.

The cutouts are precise.

There's also allowance for a screen protector.

Camera protector only protects the plateau and not the individual lens. There's no wobble to the phone case when it's places on the table.

The magnets on the case and from the MagEZ Grip are very strong.

The grip can deploy the phone vertically and horizontally so that's quite convenient.

This case is pricy but it's well made, looks good, and provides drop protection despite being so thin.
