This paperback sketchbook is self-published with 76 pages. It's about A5 size in landscape format.
Collected within are sketches, photographs and stories from the trip. The sketches are lovely and really evoked the holiday mood in me. I wish I could go there some day. Mike even drew the layout for various hotels he stay in, including all the items and their prices from in the mini-bar. That's just how he sketches hotel rooms.
Of course, there's the iconic scene of Machu Picchu being captured. Other sketches are from different summits, from the foot of the hills, on the road, from villages and towns. There are also sketches of people living there and what they do for a living. The accompanying captions provides a wonderful glimpse into life of the locals.
I wished there were more pages. It's another nice travelogue to add to my collection.
