A Week In Venice by Liz Steel

A Week in Venice is the self-published sketchbook of fervent sketcher Liz Steel and Borromini Bear. It's a travelogue sketchbook about their adventures in Venice in September 2010 with candid observations.

I got mine while Liz visited Singapore in 2012

Check out all the preview pages at Blurb. The book's sold there too. It's a 118-page paperback, about A5 size.

The Croods Sketchbook from Nicolas Weis

Nicolas Weis is a visual development artist working for the animation industry (Imagi, Dreamworks). He has put up a video (below) of the art he created for The Croods. You might have seen some of his art in The Art of The Croods.

And below is a video of his personal sketchbook with work from June 2006 to September 2008.

Cuaderno de Sol

Cuaderno de Sol is a sketchbook by illustrator Enrique Flores who was documented the 15-M Movement, a series of protests in Spain. He was at the Puerta del Sol square in Madrid to draw and record what he saw.

The published sketchbook is made from selected pages of his sketchbook. It seems like it's ongoing and you can follow it through the 15m tag on his blog. Text is all in Spanish though.
