This is one of those feel good inspiration book on creativity.
It's a cute palm-sized hardcover that features 77 prompts to kickstart your creativity. There are ideas on how you can think and approach things different. It could be reading something totally unrelated, looking at other cultures for inspiration, taking a break, talking to a friend, repurpose items, collect stuff, and more. The book is beautifully laid out with text, wonderful artworks, photographs and inspiring quotes.
As for the practicality of the book, it's difficult to ascertain. Sometimes you do need to break out from your comfort zone. You can use some ideas from this book to do so, to create a habit that you have not thought of.
I would recommend this book to those who are stuck in a creative block or perhaps just want to explore creativity and find interesting things to do. This is a book you can flip open to any page to dive in, now and whenever you need that little creative boost in the future.
