Personal recommendation

As I have reviewed many Huion products over the years, let me give you my recommendation based on the list above.

All the Kamvas gen 3 pen displays have good pen performance so which to get comes down to how much budget you have, and which suits your needs more.

HUION KAMVAS 13 GEN 3 PEN DISPLAY (review)

This is just going for USD 209 and that's a pretty good price. This is affordable and great for beginners. If you need to work on drawing for long periods of time each day, I would recommend getting a larger pen display.

The limitation is because the display is smaller, drawing apps with many UI elements will take up much space on the screen, leaving behind a smaller area for drawing.

HUION KAMVAS 16 GEN 3 PEN DISPLAY (review)

16-inch is the goldilocks size that's easy to recommend to anyone. The display is almost A4 sized and provides wonderful drawing experience, and works great with most apps. The display is big but does not take up too much space on the tablet.

The price of USD 418 is reasonable and this is a decent deal for a pen display with matte glass and 1440P resolution.

HUION KAMVAS 22 GEN 3 PEN DISPLAY (review)

If you want to go big, there options for 19, 22, 24 and 27.

In terms of value for money, I highly recommend the Huion Kamvas 22 Gen 3. It's big, resolution of 1440P is sufficient and visuals look sharp enough, and the refresh rate is 90Hz. Price of USD 510 is much lower compared to the Kamvas Pro 19 (review) of USD 747, very much lower than the 27-inch pen displays.
