I ordered a used copy, I guess that's all that's available, from Amazon.ca last Sunday and just received it today. Yes, much larger format then I expected but then so are paintings. So you get a good look at the work of the "magician". There was no jacket with it which is too bad. I'm going to fashion some sort of cover for it using an image of the front. It looks like a marvelous book. I love his work. I use many of his holiday images for seasonal screen savers.
