Hi there Parka. First, I

Hi there Parka. First, I wanted to say how much I enjoy your art book reviews, particularly the little video reviews where you flip through the pages of the book. If you give a book a positive review, then I know that I'll always want that book! I work for a fine art book designer and so art books are pretty much my life.

I wanted to tell you about a new Pixar art book that is NOT listed for sale anywhere BUT through the web site/bookstore of the Oakland Museum of California. The book is the companion book to OMCA's current exhibition "PIXAR: 25 Years of Animation" which will run through January 2011. This is a NEW exhibition specially created for Pixar's 25th anniversary (and is different from the MOMA traveling exhibition that celebrated Pixar's 20th anniversary).

You can buy the book here:

Two different people have created listings for the new book on Amazon in order to try to sell copies at double or more than the book's current selling price of $30. If you choose to leave one of your book reviews over on Amazon, you should mention that people can currently buy the book for $30 + shipping from OMCA museum.

If you want, you can choose to delete my comment since it is not related to the Pixar Treasures book. I just dropped this message here because I do not know your email. I was hoping you might email me back because I want to ask you a rather complicated question about that new DK Publishing book called "Pixarpedia."

Thanks for your time and for all your nifty book reviews. :)
