Speaking as a business user and sometimes artist, I would say the iPad wins it for art, and the S9 Ultra wins it for business/university studies. Of course, having a dedicated PC/Mac besides the tablet helps a lot in that you can then use desktop apps. There is no getting around the fact that some applications are simply geared to use on an iPad and the equivalent on the desktop might be a less optimized experience; for example, ProCreate was originally and still is intended for tablet use (iPad only). In other words, select the proper tool (tablet/PC/Mac) for the applications you need. Since I always had a workstation handy, I will always go that route, simply because of the extra power and speed available. A tablet can be a very good adjunct to a workstation; as long as you utilize it for it's intended (optimized) uses.
