Wonderful list! I'm bookmarking this for sure. I started watercoloring 7 years ago, and friends and family often ask "how can *I* get started with painting". I'll refer them to this site.
One thing you might want to add under the watercolor section. My granddaughter was confused by this. People use the word "palette" for both their paint palette and their mixing palette. Maybe one or two sentences that clarify that? Something about how some paint palettes come with a mixing tray or palette. Or some artists prefer to use a separate mixing tray/palette.
