Wow, I've reviewed too many of these pen displays that it's difficult for me to remember what's good or bad about them.
I've not used the Cintiq 16 before so I can't really say much.

15.6-inch is a good size to work with.
As for how long they can last, I'm not sure if they can last 10 years.
Even with top quality monitors, their brightness and colours will fade with years of use, especially if you use them for hours each day.
Having said that, if you require additional warranty, I believe Huion is the only company that sells additional warranty on top of the standard one year warranty they provide for their products.
