I had great success with the 2 Pixels I had while they worked... The tip got loose on the first one and I thought it was something I had done to damage it. I bought another one and the same thing happened. After that, it was all downhill. Their customer service is non-existent. The ONLY way to contact them is through email. Customer support comes from somewhere overseas, and is a 10 hour minimum time delay. My experience is that they were willing to provide no help whatsoever. When I tried to orchestrate an exchange, they pretty much disappeared.
I contacted the BBB, which had no luck making contact with them either.
I would recommend trying ANY brand other than Adonit simply because of their customer support, or lack thereof.
