Trying to find out the information before purchasing was impossible and the sales assistant said it should work with the HP pen given it is a HP touch screen. After I have purchased it, I found out this was not correct.
HP really need to be more transparent about their products and compatibility. I will need to purchase another computer now as the active pen is required for my son’s school.
