Just purchased a brand new HP envy 13 aq-1xxx We have tried two different "universal" digital pens. Neither works. We see now that the model is not listed on the compatibility sheet. Went into the control panel only to find out the screen may not support a digital pen. ?!?! Finding this info before the purchase is virtually impossible. Calling HP has been frustrating and fruitless. Any ideas? Can we somehow install a driver that will support a digital pen. I am not techy. Just confused and not happy. Hope you can help!
