You should set it to sRGB, then calibrate it with the Spyder5Pro. If you want your digital image to match the printout, you have to ask your printer for their printer's colour profile so that you can apply it (inside Photoshop) onto your image. The printer's colour profile will show and give you a look that's close to the actual print out.
But even if you don't ask for the printer colour profile, it should be fine after you have calibrated your screen.
