They are slow and expensive and helpfully help the government to collect GST from you. And they provide typically Singaporean service. When they lost my stuff (when they were moving from California to Oregan), they denied all reponsibility. Amazon, on the other hand, refunded the purchase price PLUS shipping cost without question.
