Ultimately it will depend on what you value.
Both have similar drawing performance.
For comparison purposes, the main selling point for Huion is the matte screen vs matte screen protector. Some people don't mind scratches, some mind.
For the XP-Pen it's the 298 nits brightness vs 158 nits. There's also USB-C which is useful especially if you have USB-C devices.
Personally for me, I don't mind scratches and I prefer the brighter display so I'll go with XP-Pen. I don't use many USB-C devices so that's a good-to-have but not a must-have.
