I have been using Jackson's watercolours for a number of years and, to date, have had only great results. The separation issue mentioned above, I have found, might occur (with various brands) when the tube has been stored upright for some time...as might occur when being displayed by an art shop.I have found Jackson's watercolour paints the best value for money I have found so far!
