Depends on how often you draw. If you know you're going to draw a lot (maybe you already do), then getting more storage would be good. The cheaper way would be to get the 128GB version of the iPad 9.7. If you have more budget, then the 64GB iPad Pro. 64GB is quite a good amount of storage.
Should you need more storage, you can get iCloud storage. Start with the smallest amount and upgrade when necessary. No point getting more storage than you're using initially.
