My recommendations
If you want something portable, consider the XPPen Magic Drawing Pad which has just been updated in 2025. The 12.2 inch tablet comes with matte glass display, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, runs on Android 14 and has Google Play Store.
If you want something big, the XPPen Artist 24 Pro (gen 2) 4K is great. USD 909 is a good price as the usual discount price is USD 1104. That's almost USD 200 savings.
If you don't need such a big pen display, consider the XPPen Artist Ultra 16 which has a 4K OLED touchscreen display. This is probably the pen display with every feature except for on-body hotkeys, but there's a shortcut remote included. USD 719 is a good price as the normal discount price is USD 809.
The XPPen Artist Pro 19 is probably the goldilocks size. It's not too big and not too small. Even after you have palettes on the left and right, you'll still get a drawing area that's almost A4 size. USD 629 is a good price because the normal discount price is USD 809.
