MDA to subsidize three master classes at SIGGRAPH Asia 2012

SIGGRAPH Asia, a trade event which brings together animation, digital art, graphics and technology experts from around the world, will be held in Singapore from 28 November to 1 December 2012. In conjunction with the event, MDA will be supporting three master classes under our Talent Assistance scheme to provide specialized media training for local media professionals to upskill themselves.

Eligible media practitioners will be able to enjoy up to 90% off training fees. Classes supported under the scheme will be held on 28 Nov, 2pm to 6pm at Singapore Expo. Find out more:

2. Polarized Light in Computer Graphics by Alexander Wilkie from Charles University in Prague, Andrea Weidlich from RTT AG and Abhijeet Ghosh from University of Southern California
3. Constructing a Stereo Pipeline from Scratch: Lessons Learned from Disney’s “The Secret of the Wings” by Vladimir Sierra, John Park, and Carter Jason from Disney Toon Studios
