Amazon Prime Day 2023 is happening on 11-12 July, and Huion will be having a big sale for their pen displays and pen tablets. This is the best time to get their products if they are already on your shopping list.

Before you buy

Please check whether a stand is included. You will have to spend more to buy a stand is none is included.

If your computer can output video from USB-C, it's convenient to get a pen display that supports USB-C video connection.

Please use the appropriate Amazon country links because the discounted products are not available in all regions.

Set your Google Calendar with the dates and alarm so that you don't miss the deals.

12 to 13-inch pen displays

Kamvas 12, Kamvas 13 and Kamvas 13 (2.5K) are on sale.

If you have the budget, get at least 13-inches because that is not too small and a good size to work with. The Kamvas 13 going for USD 191 is a god deal.

If you have more budget, definitely get the Kamvas Pro 13 (2.5K) (shown above). I did not review this model but I reviewed the Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K) and it's a quality pen display.

Kamvas Pro 13 (2.5K) has better visual quality and more importantly the resolution is 2560 x 1600 which means you will get sharp visuals, but the main selling point is the 16:10 aspect ratio which is more productive than 16:9. Pricing of USD 319 is quite reasonable.

15 to 16-inch pen displays

The Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K) is one of the best 16-inch pen displays in the market currently. This will be selling at USD 479 from 10 to 16 July 2023. That's the lowest price ever that I've seen for this pen display. It is more expensive compared to many other pen displays listed above, but you do get what you pay for with this. It's a quality pen display.

If you really have limited budget, then consider the Kamvas 22 Plus.

22-inch pen displays

The Kamvas 22 Plus came out in 2020 but is still a good pen display by today's standards. The Kamvas 22 Plus has one of the best visual display quality of all Huion pen displays. It has good colours and has at least 300 nits brightness (measured) which is much brighter compared to other pen displays with 200 - 250 nits.

Kamvas 22 Plus a no-frills pen display that looks good and draws well. The drawing performance was great back then and still great today.

This is going for USD 439 on 11 and 12 July 2023.

For the budget conscious and beginners

If you don't want to spend too much, consider the pen tablets (no screens) that Huion is selling for less than USD 50. There's the H1060P, HS610 and H640P. Get something that's at least 10 by 6 inches and I personally recommend the H1060P at USD 42.99.

You don't have to spend too much to get started with digital art. And these can be gifts for budding artists too.
