The danger of shipping ink
I've always have this fear of shipping ink from overseas. It's not an unfounded fear as you can see from my latest purchase, the Pebeo Colorex Ink set that I bought from Dick Blick.
The other art materials in the same box were safe, thanks to plastic wrapping.
Unfortunately, the packaging wasn't sufficient and the set got damaged during delivery. They didn't use enough bubble pack. I think something crushed the box and the bottle as a result.
This is from the top tray. It must have been like this for a while since the watercolor ink has already solidified.
The bottles on the lower tray are safe, relatively speaking.
It's not easy to identify the colours inside the bottles now.
This is the replacement sent by Dick Blick, this time they filled the packaging box to the brim with bubble pack. The cardboard box by the way is more than twice the size of the Colorex box; they could have used a smaller box instead. They covered the shipping charges this time, of course.
The review for this set should be up in a few weeks time.

When you ask for the
When you ask for the replacement what you take and making sure they do the replacement and do you need to send the damage item to them?
