Hi Teoh,

Hi Teoh,

I'm using both Samsung Tab S9 FE with the S-Pen (Wacom's EMR technology) and an iPad with the Apple Pencil (first gen).

Palm rejection on the Samsung tablet is not as good as the iPad in my experience.

In Samsung Notes: when resting the palm on the tablet screen, you can tell a lot of times when the page pans unintentionally.

In iPad this never happens to me on any of the note taking apps.

The only time when the EMR provides perfect palm rejection is when the pen tip is close to the screen. That's not a perfect solution. When I'm writing/drawing I first place the palm on the screen and then decide what to write/draw (palm first, pen second).

Just wanted to share this because when I bought the Samsung Tab I didn't know that my writing/drawing experience will be worse than the iPad.
