So hypothetically, even if I got the Surface Book 2 with all the bells and whistles - 15" display, 16 gb memory, core i7 processor, 1tb storage... Would Photoshop still experience lag/redraw issues? I really love the look and functionality of the Surface Book 2 but I want it to perform well.
