I didn't have any issues with calibrating my monitors.
If you measure 99% sRGB readings for both, in theory both monitors should produce the same colours. It could be colour temperature or gamma settings issue.
For the XP-Pen make sure set colour temperature to 6500K. You may have to switch between Gamma 1.8 or 2.2 to test.
I can't remember if there's any display modes with the XP Pen (e.g. movie, gaming, sRGB, AdobeRGB, user), but if there is, change to user/sRGB/AdobeRGB to test too.
