Hi! Try selecting the product "Wearable Air Purifier Case" manually on the home page of the LG ThinQ app. The app will guide you to press and hold the on/off button on the Case for 3 seconds. When the Wi-Fi icon on the product starts flashing, press the Next button, and follow the instructions on the app. Hope this works!
