Well, I own iPad Pro 11, but I’m not a Apple fanboy by any means and the crippled functionality of ipadOS is pissing me off very often, but... from content creator stand point, iPad is way better device. I’ve owned Surface Pro 6 i5/8gb/128gb for a week or so and my conclusion is:
- for a laptop it’s overpriced
- as a tool for an artist, it isn’t sufficient enough - mediocre processing power and not so great pen performance
- battery isn’t great
- portability and fully functional os, those are the only reasons to buy this device.
I hate the limitations of iPadOS, especially lack of proper file system, but as a drawing/painting device it is top notch, so I can tolerate it’s limitations, at least for now.
