Isabel Carmona Andreu is an artist and urban sketcher from Newbury, Berkshire, England. This book's a 128-page paperback published in 2020 by The Crowood Press.
This is an instructional book on urban sketching for beginners.
The is a great book for beginner urban sketchers as it has many tutorials and useful tips for sketching on location. It covers the fundamentals such as the tools you can use, how to draw, what to draw, how to choose scenes and where to share your work.
Isabel has included many of her beautiful sketches as well as sketches from featured artists such as Rob Sketcherman, Richard Briggs, Santi Salles, Inma Serrano, Maru Godas, Lis Watkins, Victor Swasky and more.
This is an insightful and inspiring book I can recommend easily. A Kindle version of this book is available from Amazon too.
