This is the impressive 800 pages five-book set retrospective for the famed Swiss architect Peter Zumthor.
Each of the book is a hardcover with canvas textured cover. And each looks at 4-5 years of his career starting from 1985.
A total of 40 projects are included. You see the St. Benedict’s Chapel in Sumvitg, Switzerland; Therme Vals in Vals, Switzerland; Kunsthaus Bregenz in Bregenz, Austria; and the Kolumba Art Museum in Cologne, Germany among others. Also included are unrealised projects and a complete list of his works.
The books come with photographs, sketches, drawings, plans and Peter Zumthor's own writing.
