Franklin and Luna is a children book series featuring Luna with her pet tortoise Neil Armstrong and best friend Franklin the dragon. The book's written by Jen Campbell and illustrated by Katie Harnett. This book is for kids 3 to 5 years old.

This book is the second in the series. The first book was Franklin's Flying Bookshop.

The story here is about Luna and Franklin visiting all the places they read in books, and trying to find where dragons live.

The full-page illustrations by Katie Harnett are beautiful. The artworks seem to be drawn with crayons and coloured pencils. Character designs look lovely. I can see how children will be easily captivated by the drawings and the story.
