Hi, thanks for an honest review. Not sure if you have heard anything yet but there are a lot of very unhappy customers right now thanks to the fiasco going on with the Inktober/Viviva campaign. Myself included. I was one of the early backers, and placed my order for one of the Bundle “Perks”.. We were all “Guaranteed “ that we would have our orders in time for Inktober. As if. Now that is in less then 24 hours. Not only did they drop the ball on shipping, and giving out shipping info to their customers, but the few that did actually receive orders, have received damaged sketchbooks and only partial orders. I have not received any of my order. What I did get was lied to. After sending a question about shipping they finally responded saying that my order had shipped and would arrive in time for Inktober. Today I received another email saying that my watercolor sketchbook was “damaged” and that they decided not to send it, and only sent the watercolor sheets. They said I would receive a sketchbook around the second week of October, when Inktober is half over of course. As for their “Guarantee”, they offered a refund, but only in the form of store credits, which only gives the option of buying more Viviva Colorsheets. There are so many disappointmented people, who like myself, won’t have the supplies they were looking forward to using for Inktober.
