Hey ! I bought the SPD sketchbook after watching your youtube videos. I also bought the Etchr ones. As i am a beginner and that was my so called first sketch book, i can't say it is the best but i really like it. The paper buckles initially when you paint but interestingly, straights again after it dries. Although it is only 230gsm(?), i feel it is performs better as well the the Etchr 300 gsm paper with the same cotton content. I just don't like the orientation and prefers a portrait format opening up to a "square" view.
