This is the delicious steamed crab that I had at the Ben Thanh Street Food Market.

In case you're wondering, the sketchbook I've used is the Stillman & Birn Delta series sketchbook. Most are sketched with my trusty Pelikan M200 fountain pen, some with the Cretacolor Nero pencils. The watercolour is a mixture of Mission Gold and Daniel Smith.
