This new book collects new and old artworks. The new ones are those created since the launch of the first sketchbook. The old ones are mainly the autobiographical comics dating from way back when he first started drawing. There are also some unfinished sketches.
The autobiography comics are pretty interesting, and so are the stories included throughout the book. There's quite a lot to read and you'll be able take an intimate look at Steven Reddy's life, such as where he brings his date, the his pet rat, places he has been to, questions asked by his students and more. One interesting thing is he has been using the same drawing materials his entire life, which is probably when the style and look of his work is so uniquely his.
In addition to his location sketches and comics, he also shares his sketching tips and drawing process. Certain parts of what was covered in his Craftsy course Dynamic Detail in Pen, Ink and Watercolor are included in the book.
It's very inspiring to look at this 288-page thick volume of work.
With the success of the Kickstarter, Steven Reddy has also reprinted his first sketchbook. So both the books are now available at https://www.etsy.com/shop/StevenReddy
