This is a wonderful book with plenty of tips on sketching panorama scenes and vertical vistas. The artist and author is Mario Linhares, teacher, designer, urban sketcher and former Education Director for Urbansketchers.org.
All the sketches in this book are lovely. The only downside is, as with all Urban Sketching Handbooks, the small size of the book which limits your visual enjoyment of the sketches. I can only image how awesome those panorama sketches can look if presented much larger. There are several fold out pages that showcases a few sketches in larger sizes though.
This book is more of a collection of brief tips than step-by-step tutorials. I love the stories and ideas behind the sketches. And it's inspiring to see all the possibilities with sketching so wide. It's a great book I can recommend easily to those who like sketching and especially urban sketching.
