Personally these three have been some of my favorites due to their commonality in bold color choices, strong shapes within their character design and how well they introduce you to the cultures they are representative of. These three books go a long way in inspiring me to think differently about my art and to dig deeper when it comes to world building and character development in order to create an overall strong end product. Art wise, I enjoy seeing the experimentations, the vivid color schemes and the minutiae details that combine to create such an impressionable finished product.
