Buddha Tooth Relic Temple sketch (23 Jun 2014)

These are three quick sketches drawn at Chinatown in Singapore today. I've been trying out the ArtGraf Watercolour Graphite set that I bought recently. So far, I'm liking it very much, more so than the Derwent Graphitone that I also use.

That's the massive Buddha Tooth Relic Temple located in Chinatown, Singapore. I first did a pencil rough first to make sure that the temple fits into the paper. Then I used a pen to draw the inks, and apply the graphite wash last.

The graphite in the small round tin is real easy to apply. Just add water and it's ready to use.
