Delusional is a collection of comics and drawings by cartoonist Farel Dalrymple. He has worked for comic book publishers such as Marvel comics, DC/Vertigo, Dark Horse, Image comics, as well as magazines and book publishers.

Some of his previous anthologies that were posted online are now in the book.

Farel's previous work includes Pop Gun War, Omega the Unknown and the occasional Prophet.

The book comes out in September 2013.
