Hello, a comment on the revue of the schmincke 12 half pan set. I bought my first schmincke in a 14 halfpanset. Before I used the command paints from Windsor and Newton. Now I only use schmincke but I also have won a 20 half-assed from senelier. I hardly use it. It's much harder to rewet. As when I travel, I have a backpack only for my paint and drawing stuff. I take my 48 halfpan box stuffed with all my colors. I buy them in tunes which is more affordable then in halfpans. Sometimes there are colors that are going out of the range and that I buy also. Or they are some older or they will be renewed. I don't care. So I had some yellows and greens like that. The largest tubes, for 2,5 euro. They perform excellent. For me it's important that they rewet easy because I dont want to spray my whole pallet as I don't want to wet the pallets that I don't use. I prefer also non opaque colors and there are a lot of those in the range of schmincke. I guess you weren't that lucky with your set. It's because of artist like you that I get back to art when I got sick. So thank you for your videos and your reviews. When I want to purchase something I always look at your videos to see if you reviewed it. It's a good reference before you buy something.
