PARADOX is the exhibition catalogue for artists Sudarman Angir and LK Bing from Indonesia. I got this book as a gift from Sudarman Angir when he visited Singapore a week ago.

I really love the watercolour architecture sketches Sudarman Angir. They look really dynamic because of the perspective he uses. One technique you'll notice is the use of angled vertical lines that make short buildings. LK Bing's work is more loose and uses more ink washes that don't have fixed boundaries. Both styles contrast each other even though they both focus on architectural subjects.

Each artist's work takes up half of the small A5-sized book.
