This is probably the first time I've featured such a "book" which is more like a scroll actually. This is an illustration "artbook" that's 24 metres long!

Title of the book is Disappear for a While (须臾之隐) and the artist is Dai Dai Yao (呆呆药).

The scroll even comes with a cylindrical piece of wood to help you unroll and roll the scroll.

The art is long continuous piece that flows on and on. There are certain sections with some clever bits of drawing that keeps the transition smooth even though the scenes don't look like they flow.

The artwork is nice. There are plenty of character designs, mostly Asian influence. The lines look like they were drawn with brush pens and the colours look digitally added.

I like the whimsical feel of the characters and environment.

As you move through the scene, it's like you're traveling on a long journey.

The long piece of paper is actually several smaller pieces glued together at the edges. Unfortunately, for some pieces, the glue has dried but didn't stick too well, so the paper separated. So you've got to glue them back yourself.

The presentation is definitely unusual and rare. Viewing the artwork however is going to be a bit inconvenient because it would involve unrolling the whole scroll. Chances are you're probably not going to come back much the scroll. The art is good though.
