This is a 296-page hardcover packed with Tokyo Ghoul:re artworks from Sui Ishida.
The artworks are full-coloured illustrations published from 2014 onwards in Young Jump, sketches, social media illustrations, stickers, LINE stamps, playing cards and more.
Sui Ishida's style is obviously Japanese manga style but it also has a very textured and painterly approach. The colour scheme is also a bit weird, in a good way, to create this mood that's a bit off. You'll know if you're a fan of Tokyo Ghoul.
There's also a 20+ page Q&A interview included with Sui Ishida.
Note that this book is actually an English translation of the original Japanese artbook 東京喰種トーキョーグール[ZAKKI:re] which was published in 2019. So the page flow is from right to left. Viz Media did a good job with the translation. The artworks are reproduced very nicely.
