The Blackwing pencils are great. Just don't try and make a return. With a recent order of pencils I decided to try out the pencil extender. (Ordered two) They turned out to be heavier than I expected, creating too much weight at the eraser end. Also, they're made of metal --- super cold on the hand in winter. It is April 13 and I've been trying to return the extenders since March 15. To my queries, I rec'd a couple of auto replies and a couple of very sincere-sounding personal responses -- all assuring me that they would take care of the return. And yet: NOTHING has happened. I'm left with two pencil extenders I can't use, along with a really bad taste in my mouth about this company. Great product. Lousy service. Really disappointing.
