From using the Tab S3 for a year on a daily basis (School notebook) I have to say that the S4 feels faster and the S Pen smoother and responsive.
Overall, I'm impressed with the upgrade and very happy I did.
But my main reasons were for sure the bigger screen, battery and standalone Samsung Dex which is awesome.
