This laptop that I've reviewed is from many years ago. The new XPS models are even better so they will have better colours, performance, battery life.
Colours on the displays should look right out of the box without the need for colour calibration. But if you do want accurate colours, you have to colour calibrate it. But even if you colour calibrate your laptop screen, colours on your phone because the phone is not colour calibrated.
Anyway, unless you're dealing with print, you may not need critical colour accuracy.
As for running Zoom, Photoshop or Clip Studio, I'm not too sure about the software compatibility or the process of doing so. BUT I'm very sure the new XPS laptops will be more than powerful enough to run those software.
